For best results
Bring 1.5 litres of water over a stove until boil. Put 15 grams in and boil for 15 minutes (add more water if necessary). Wait till cool and drink. Can be drank hot or cold. Refrigerate after cool. Drink throughout the day as you wish.

For general health and well being
Boil some water in a kettle. Add 2 pinches or half a hand full (or tea bag) into your cup. Pour the boiled water over your tea, wait for 3-5 minutes and enjoy.

Caution:
Try ½ or 1 cup first and see how you feel. If experiencing any dizziness, nausea, headache or diarrhea - add a quarter, half as much water or more to decrease the concentration of your tea or stop consuming immediately.
